HowTheLightGetsIn returns to Hay-on-Wye for 2019
After a spectacular London debut this September, HowTheLightGetsIn will return to Hay-on-Wye next May with all of the big ideas, show-stopping performances and late night parties you’ve come to expect.
The entire programme of HowTheLightGetsIn Hay 2019 will take place on a newly expanded site that stretches across the banks of the River Wye. Across the weekend, you’ll have the chance to see over 80 debates & talks and over 100 music & comedy acts.
What’s more, our non stop dance venue, the Riverside Disco and The People’s Front Room music collective will be back by popular demand, bigger than last year. We’ll be bringing the Hat Sessions - a programme of intimate and experiential talks - to Hay for the first time. And there’ll be open platform round table discussions, cabaret, documentaries, vintage rides, IAI Academy courses, Wellbeing, and much, much more. All on one site…and you’ll be spoilt for choice.
Get ready to think, talk and dance right next to the river. Book your tickets now to make sure you don’t miss out next summer.
