Our aim is to recruit not only the best person for the current vacancy, but also to identify those who will contribute most to the company in the long term. We therefore aim to take on the most talented and motivated individuals and to train them so that both the company and the individual concerned benefit.

We usually have a two-stage interview process, and senior Directors of the company are always involved in the final appointment board.

Application

To apply for a particular vacancy, please send your CV and cover letter to jobs@tvf.co.uk unless otherwise indicated, with the job title in the subject heading. Your application will be reviewed by our Talent team; if you are successful, a member of the team will be in touch to organise a first round interview.

The first round interview is usually fairly brief, and depending on the vacancy will either be with a member of the Talent team, or the Director of the particular division. On occasion, there may be a similar second round with a different Director of the company.

If you are successful, you will be invited back for a panel interview with senior Directors. This interview may comprise a variety of exercises including hypothetical work simulation, numerical/written assessments (depending on role), business case study, and panel discussions.

Some of these exercises focus on real-life role-related issues, but you don't need in-depth business knowledge to tackle them. Instead you should use your ability to think logically and laterally, your life experience, and your interpersonal skills.

Offer

We will usually let you know the outcome of your application within 2 weeks, and also provide some interview feedback.

It is our recruitment policy that candidates must wait at least a year before re-application if the previous one was not successful. In all subsequent applications, please give details in your cover letter of any previous applications, including date of application, position applied for, and recruitment stage reached.
