For each role, we work closely with you to develop a fluid Personal Development Plan that guides and directs you throughout your career. Trainees are given Training Schedules and support from the Talent team in the initial training period to get the most out of one-to-one mentoring, on-the-job learning, technical tuitions, and formal assessments.
