TVF Communications

Medical Communications Graduate Scheme - Omnichannel

Are you an ambitious and proactive graduate looking to break into the healthcare communications industry? This rapidly growing, award-winning healthcare communications agency is looking for exceptional graduates to join our Client Services fast-track scheme.

TVF Communications, part of the TVF Media Group and winner of 25 industry awards over the last five years, is on the look-out for Graduate Trainees to join their Client Services team and to help grow our global presence. Working in an agency known throughout the industry for its creativity, innovation and pioneering digital solutions, you will provide support to Account Managers and Directors in servicing TVF’s high-profile accounts with the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world.

You will quickly gain experience in all aspects of healthcare communications and will from the outset be given a significant level of responsibility. You will be vital to the technical delivery of our omnichannel campaigns through your involvement in day-to-day project management, client meetings, and business development. You will be instrumental in: assessing and streamlining defined processes to improve efficiency; testing and checking code with our team of developers and solving technical problems when they arise. You will be trained to work using agile methodology – an industry standard project management technique.

There is flexibility as to your progression within the company, and we encourage our talent to actively influence the direction in which their role develops. We prefer to promote from within and exceptional candidates can expect to be promoted to Account Manager within around 18 months and to be running their own accounts.

At TVF Media, we are focused on supporting your career progression and wellbeing. In joining our team, you will also become eligible for our range of benefits, including our pension scheme, private healthcare insurance cashback scheme, hybrid working, Cycle to Work, frequent company socials and biannual parties, gym and HowTheLightGetsIn festival ticket discounts, and more!

All applicants should have exceptional academic credentials from a top university. A degree in computer science or software engineering would be an advantage but is not essential providing you demonstrate a keen interest and aptitude. The ideal candidate will have general project and program management skills, and be passionate about technology. Above all, they will be meticulously organised with excellent attention to detail and communications skills, and be able to hit the ground running within a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

We are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace, and actively support and encourage people from a variety of backgrounds, experiences and skill sets to join us and help shape what we do.
